WORKING WITH TRILOGI
Accounts can be sent to Trilogi electronically and manually:
- In an electronic process, a secure interface is established using a VPN connection between entities in order to transfer account referral with comments, payment/adjustment, late charge, and reconciliation data from the hospital to Trilogi. Trilogi accepts files in fixed width or variable length delimited format. The account referral with comments may be received by Trilogi on a daily or weekly basis. Payment/Adjustment and Late Charge reports may be received by Trilogi on a daily basis.
- A manual process would involve accounts being printed or loaded to an excel document where Trilogi’s account entry team will load the accounts into Trilogi’s system.
Reconciliation can occur weekly or monthly.
The best way to start is to execute a Business Associate Agreement with Trilogi and have us conduct a detailed ATB review and Revenue Cycle analysis to identify areas in which Trilogi’s team of clinicians, attorneys, and financial recovery experts can make the largest impact.
